What financing options are available?

There are two financing options for purchasing a property in Dubai, depending on your needs and preferences:

  • Interest-free mortgage (ready-made home): If you want to emigrate immediately and buy a ready-made home, you can opt for an interest-free mortgage. In this case, you need to pay 50% of the purchase price down. Keep in mind that a mortgage is suitable for people who want to move immediately, as the property is immediately available for occupancy.

  • Off-plan purchase: Another option is to buy an off-plan property. In this case, a down payment of 20-25% of the purchase price is required. You pay the rest of the amount in monthly installments during the construction period, which usually lasts about 3 years. Keep in mind that off-plan homes are not available for occupancy until construction is complete.

For both financing options, it is important to note that there may be some additional costs, such as transfer fees and registration fees. Regardless of the financing method chosen, you will be expected to make monthly installment payments to pay off the remainder of the amount, helping to ensure smooth and responsible financial planning.
